I got carried away up there. In fact the premature “launch” of Open Social, which is not yet launched – may be an example of how even Google screws up.

Google does not do bad software’, whilst I’m a big fan of the Mighty ‘G’ and use it on a daily basis, it is flawed in many aspects. As I said, I use it on a daily basis and in so many ways it’s great, but a first time venture for any company regardless of how much money they through at R&D, it will, by vertue of the beast, be flawed.
