In Kowloon the street market seemed endless – dozens of blocks of little shops, restaurants, and vendors. The overall feel there was kind of run down. This was the first time we´d seen the thousands upon thousands of people we had been expecting here as the night came alive with market shoppers.

Finally getting up some China pix, but having trouble with uploading so there will not be many for awhile. This was in Kowloon, which is the city opposite Hong Kong that you go to via Star Ferries that cost about .25 and ride all around the Harbor.

I ate pork from a street vendor and …. It was delicious! Food overall has been good.

Today we will head to Lantau Island where there is a historic fishing village
