This is because you did not go high enough! The third and fourth floors are completely dedicated to pearls. The first two floors are clothes, luggage and other things.

That is unfortunately that you missed the pearl part. It really is something to see… hundreds of small pearl vendors yelling at you, pulling you, selling mostly low-end, poor-quality goods, but it is possible to find a real gem in the mix.
