I agree that Jeremy leaving is a very bad sign, even
though he says it’s not from all the recent commotion.

I’m holding my stock tho, and will buy more if it dips below 20. Being number two in the *world* in internet is worth a lot, and eventually that fact must be monetized by the market.

Now we learn both Usama Fayyad and Jeremy Zawodny are leaving as well.

My perspective on Yahoo! is changing. I think the company is now facing the end of its existence.

Yang is an egotistical fool. Microsoft was a good deal for them and for the shareholders. But what type of performance can you expect from a CEO that is paid $1.

Now they cut a deal with their “enemy” and who does that deal benefit – Google, not Yahoo nor its shareholders. Meanwhile this deal will need FTC approval and that will take at least 90 days meanwhile Yahoo is playing games and not solving their problems.

Add to that they just lost a key and critical top executive.

Yahoo should ditch its board and Yang, put a solid deal together with Microsoft and get back to business.
